My Stand against Islamophobia

After my last story was a passionate stand against the AHCA, I decided to write a more personal story today. This is a story I have been wanting to write for awhile.

My hometown is an affluent suburb of New York City called Millburn, New Jersey. Growing up, I remember having a large group of Asian friends as well as many white, Jewish friends. As an affluent town near New York City, many of the people in the town, including my dad, worked in New York City.
